Unified Contract Terms for the German Cereals Trade

Revised edition released by the German Exchanges for Cereals and Products valid for all contracts entered into from December 1^st 2017. The edition takes into account recent developments in legislation and the dispensation of justice and contains for the first time a common regulation for the sampling of cereals and feedingstuffs.
