Certified food chemist, from 1986 to 2005 head of the Chemical Investigation Office Trier, since 2000 Institute for Food Chemistry in the State Investigation Office Rhineland-Palatinate, from 1988 to 2003 member of the Working Group of Food Chemistry Experts of the Federal States and the BVL (ALS).
