My mission is to make 100,000 salespeople in the agriculture industry more successful.

Growing up on a farm, a career in the agricultural industry was practically in my cradle. Even at a young age, I had contact with agriculture and livestock, as well as agricultural machinery. And that has not changed to this day:

Through a variety of positions in the agricultural industry, I have continuously built up 40 years of sales experience. I have been working as an independent trainer for 15 years. I want to pass on my knowledge, experience and thinking to other sales people in the agricultural industry.

So I see it as my mission to make 100,000 salespeople in the agriculture industry more successful.

• I want to give simplicity back to sales, to make people enjoy what they do (or even just find it again)
• I want to help salespeople make the right decisions, develop their talents and be motivated
• And I want to awaken passions and accompany all sellers in finding and achieving their goals

In short, I want to help YOU to be able to bring in after your sowing then with a little care also a “RICH HARVEST” !
